Dear Friends,
It's a great pleasure to inform you that the sixth edition of the Open EDF will be organized by the French Swimming Federation on July 6th & 7th of 2012. It will be a fantastic opportunity to gather the European and World swimming elite, under optimum performance conditions and a friendly atmosphere, only three weeks before the Olympic Games in London.
Competition Program: A classic 2-days World Cup program will be set up. Relays might be scheduled if we find enough interested teams.
Prize Money: Most valuable swimmers (men and women according to FINA points table) will be rewarded for a total amount of 50 000 €.
Accommodation and Transport: The organizing committee will provide you accommodation bringing together negociated prices and easy access to the competition venue. Every hotel is located 10-20 mn max from the pool. You can choose 1*, 2*, 3* or 4* hotels. Twin room prices are between 100 and 195€/person, fullboard and transport (incl. VAT).
A free shuttle service will be available for the delegations between the airport, the competition site and the hotels.
